Generating Consolidated Organization Summary Report

Overview

If you are the primary contact of one or more organizations, then you can generate a consolidated report for all the organizations.

This report will list all the organizations for which your email id is registered as the primary contact. For each organization, you will be able to see the following information:

1. Organization Information:

   • Name of the organization.

2. Contacts in Organization:

   • Name, email, and roles for each contact within the organization.

3. Subscriptions:

   • For each organization, a table listing all subscriptions with:

     • Product name

     • Subscription validity (Start date, End date, Cancellation date)

     • Payment Agreement

     • PO Date

     • Subscription state

     • Subscription Details of user and storage

   • In addition, if the customer has purchased packs, then the listing will also show the Current Pack subscription details.

4. Licenses:

   • For each organization, a table listing all licenses with:

     • Product name

     • Validity

     • Status (Active/Expired)

5. Product Usage:

   • For each organization, a table listing usage details with:

     • Date of usage

     • Product

     • Subproduct

     • Used quantity

     • Usage percentage

     • Usage unit (GB, per user, etc.)

 Requesting for the report

1. Login to Mithi Customer Account
2. Click on the Profile Icon in the left panel.
3. If you are the primary contact of the selected organization, you will see the link to Get Organization Report
4. Click on the link.
5. The report will be sent as an HTML attachment via email to your email id.
