Overview
As an Vaultastic Administrator, you often need to access LegacyFlo and Ideolve.
LegacyFlo is required to injest data from different sources to the Vaultastic Stores and Ideolve is required to activate data in focus for secure collaboration. Ideolve also acts as the Live Store for archiving data from ticketing and CRM system.
If you login to Vaultastic, you can now access these apps directly.
LegacyFlo Access
If you have logged into Vaultastic with a vault id having admin roles (senior or junior), you will be able to easily launch the LegacyFlo application is a separate browser tab for the postmaster@<default vaultastic domain> id.
With this login, you will get full access to the LegacyFlo requests fired automatically from Vaultastic, view requests added using the postmaster@<default vaultastic domain> id, and also be able to add new requests.
Users who login without any admin role will not be able to launch LegacyFlo in this manner.
Ideolve Access
If you have logged into Vaultastic with a vault id having admin roles (senior or junior), you will also be able to access the Ideolve account corresponding to your primary email id. For example, if your vault id is john.doe@acmecorp-co-in.vaultastic.com and your primary domain is acmecorp.co.in, then you can navigate to your Ideolve account for john.doe@acmecorp.co.in from within Vaultastic.
Note
Logging out of LegacyFlo or Ideolve launched in this manner, will not log you out from Vaultastic.
