Forward Archived Emails
Users can now forward archived emails directly from the mail preview window. When forwarding an email, users can:
- Select the Outlook account to use as the sender.
- Add one or more recipients.
- Forward the original email while preserving its original subject and content, which cannot be modified.
Removed Default Session Timeout
The default session timeout of 9 hours has been removed, allowing users to continue working without being automatically signed out after the previous timeout period.
Improved Application Exit Experience
When closing Classic Microsoft Outlook, users are now prompted to close the Vaultastic Outlook Addin window, ensuring a graceful shutdown of the application.
Bulk Download and Restore
Users can now select and download or restore up to 50 archived emails in a single operation, significantly improving productivity when working with multiple messages.
Refreshed Login Experience
The login screen has been redesigned with an improved layout and user experience.
Bug Fixes
Improved Email Restore
Restored emails now correctly preserve inline attachments and embedded images, including those used in email signatures.

- Improvement to the login functionality. The working of the login and Remember Me functionality were upgraded to minimize the number of times the user's are required to enter their Vaultastic credentials without compromising on the application security. For details refer to the User Guide.
- Restored mail are now seen on top of the selected folder. The data of the original mail transaction is visible in the contents
- Closing Outlook ensures a graceful exit from the Vaultastic Outlook Addin
- When restoring a mail, users can edit the sender id to show up in the Outlook folders
- The Mail View now shows the mail date and time
- Reduced the footprint of the plugin to optimize desktop resource utilization
- Local logs are rotated after 30 days.
