%LOCALAPPDATA%\Vaultastic\vaultastic_installer_log.txt

Do I Need to Uninstall Before Updating?
No.
A newer version installs over the existing version automatically.
Only uninstall first if:

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Resolution |

|
| Installer requests Outlook to be closed | Ensure all Outlook processes have exited using Task Manager. |
| Application already installed | This message indicates that Windows has detected an existing ClickOnce installation of the same version. Recommended SolutionInstall a newer version supplied by your IT administrator. If you must reinstall the same version:
|
| Add-in works for one Windows user but not another | Each Windows user must install the add-in separately. |
| Installer was run using Run as administrator | Reinstall using your normal Windows account. |
| Using the new Outlook | Switch to Classic Microsoft Outlook. |
| Issue persists | Send the add-in log to your IT administrator. |
