Overview
The new Baya V4 and Zoom integration allows domain users to manage all Zoom calls to be initiated from within the web client. The Zoom application within Baya allows end users to view all the details of the calls initiated by them.
This document lists the domain level and user level settings to enable / disable the feature for the domain.
Domain level settings
To enable/disable Zoom Video conference for your domain
- Log in to the Admin Panel using an email id with Admin Role
- Select the Domain in the list on the left
- Expand the Mail Client Zoom Integration section in the right pane
- To enable Zoom integration for the domain, change the value of Mail Client Zoom Integration to ON and click on Save in the bottom right corner.
- To disable Zoom Integration for the domain, change the value of Mail Client Zoom Integration to OFF and click on Save in the bottom right corner.
Note: This is a master switch for the domain and all individual user/COS settings are subject to this setting being ON.
User-level settings
To enable/disable Zoom Integration for a user
- Log in to the Admin Panel using an email id with Admin Role
- Select the Domain in the list on the left and click on Users
- Select the user from the middle pane
- In the right pane, expand the Mail Client Zoom Integration section.
- To enable Zoom Integration for the user, change the value of Mail Client Zoom Integration to ON and click on Save in the bottom right corner.
- To disable Zoom Integration for the user, change the value of Mail Client Zoom Integration to OFF and click on Save in the bottom right corner.
- Once enabled, for the first time, end-users will have to complete the configuration for the integration. Once the configuration is successful, end-users can initiate and manage all zoom meetings initiated by them using the Baya V4 and Zoom integration.
Updating the user settings via a CSV
To update the user settings via a CSV, use the user property mailclientzoomintegration. The values allowed are enabled/disabled.
