For Vaultastic to accept live mail for your domain using journaling or forwarding, the SMTP Vaultastic connector for your primary server needs to be configured to allow SMTP traffic from your outgoing servers.
The outgoing server IPs can be of your primary mail server from where users of your domain transact mail and also any application servers which deliver mail for your domain.
Depending on whether you wish to archive mail transacted by users of your domain and/or any third party or internal application servers, the respective server public IPs need to be shared with us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our team will configure the routers to accept mail from the given IP addresses for your domains.
Before changing the outgoing SMTP server or hostname, please inform the Vaultastic team to update the connector. Failing to do so will result in Vaultastic bouncing the mail.
