• All important / automated communications from Mithi to its customers are sent via notifications. These include notifications for download, upgrades. best practices etc.
  • Notifications are sent via email to all the contacts of an organization irrespective of their role.
  • In addition, notifications are visible to customers on login to their Mithi Customer Account.
  • The top 3 notifications are visible on login on the home page of the application.
  • Users can also navigate to the Notifications application to view all notifications.

Accessing the Notifications

  • To access the notifications meant for you, login to the account using your credentials and click on the bell icon in the left pane.
  • The notification application screen is divided into two sections.
  • On the right hand side, you will see the list of the featured notifications
  • On the left side, you can see the list of all the notifications
  • Clicking on the All tab will show the list of all the notifications sent, with the latest notification on top.
  • Clicking on any of the category tab will show all the list of all the notifications in that category, with the latest on the top.
  • Clicking on the notification summary will show the entire notification in a pop-up.
