Delete a user in SkyConnect

  1. Login to the SkyConnect Admin Panel. From the left pane, select the SkyConnect domain from the list of domains. Click the Users option.

  2. The middle pane will show the list of users in the domain.  To search for a user, enter the user id in the Quick search box on the top of the middle pane and click on the Search icon.

  3. The search results are shown in the list. Click on the user to show the user properties in the right pane.

  4. To delete one or more users using the middle pane, click on the check box next to the user information and click on the delete icon on the top right.

  5. To delete user from the right pane, simply click on the delete icon on the top right corner.

  6. Before deleting the user, a warning sign is flashed and you will asked to confirm the request.

    Note that user deletion is a irreversible operation. All user data including the mailstore will be deleted from the system.
