Google Workspace

Overview

Using the requests in the Google Workspace section of LegacyFlo, you can export data from GMail, GDrive and Google Chat. You can also upload data from a S3 bucket to a user's GDrive. 

The request types available for the supported data types are as given in the sections below

Email

Preparation

  1. Your Google Workspace needs to be primed up to get access to the user data to be backed up using LegacyFlo. The steps to do so are given here.
  2. In addition, some of the operations may require additional steps as mentioned in the tables below.

Export from a GMail mailbox

Google Chat

Using LegacyFlo, you can convert Google chat conversations to email transcripts which can be uploaded to vaults on the Vaultastic Active Store or put into PST or ZIP files.

Preparation

  1. Your Google Workspace needs to be primed up to get access to the user data to be backed up using LegacyFlo. The steps to do so are given here.
  2. In addition, you may have to do some additional steps as mentioned in the table below.
