ClrStream Admin Console
The ClrStream Admin Console provides centralized access to ClrStream administrative applications, including outbound mail monitoring, audit visibility, and usage tracking.
Before you can log in, your ClrStream domain must be provisioned by the Mithi team.
Pre-Requisites
Before using ClrStream, ensure the following is completed:
A ClrStream domain has been provisioned for your organization.
Your organization’s primary mail domain has been associated with the ClrStream domain.
At least one sender account has been registered.
What is a ClrStream Domain?
A ClrStream domain is your organization’s management domain on ClrStream.
No emails are sent from addresses on the ClrStream domain itself.
Each ClrStream domain is linked to a Primary Domain. Only registered senders belonging to the Primary Domain are permitted to send mail through ClrStream services.
Domain Provisioning Information Required
To provision your ClrStream domain, contact the Mithi team with the following details:

Log in to Your ClrStream Domain
Once provisioning is complete:
Open your ClrStream login URL. The URL will be of the form <your domain>.clrstream.com
Log in using the administrator credentials provided by Mithi.
Default Administrator Account
By default, every ClrStream domain is created with a super administrator account:
postmaster@<your-clrstream-domain>
This account has access to all ClrStream administrative applications.
Additional Admin Users
Additional administrator accounts can also be created with role-based access.
Assigned roles determine:
Which applications are visible
What administrative actions are permitted
Login Page Controls
The ClrStream Admin Console login page provides secure administrator authentication controls.
The following fields and options are available on the login page.

| User ID | Administrator login ID for the ClrStream domain |
| Password | Password associated with the administrator account |
| CAPTCHA | Verification control to prevent automated login attempts (if enabled for the domain) |
| OTP Verification | If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, an OTP must be entered to complete login |
| Forgot Password | Password recovery option for resetting administrator credentials |
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If 2FA is enabled for the administrator account:
Enter the User ID and Password.
Complete the CAPTCHA verification.
An OTP (One-Time Password) is sent to the primary email ID registered for the administrator account.
Enter the OTP to complete the login process.
Note:
The registered primary email ID is used for:
OTP verification
Password reset communication
Forgot Password
If you are unable to log in using your password:
Click the Forgot Password option on the login page.
Follow the password reset instructions.
A password reset OTP or verification link will be sent to the registered primary email ID.
If you do not receive the OTP or are unable to reset your password, contact your ClrStream administrator or Mithi Support.
Access ClrStream Applications
After login, the left navigation menu displays the applications available to your role.
To open an application:
Click the application name from the left panel.
The selected application loads in the main workspace on the right.
Available Applications
The following applications may be available depending on your assigned role:

| ClrStream Outbound Audit Trails | Review administrative and operational audit logs |
Log Out
To sign out of the Admin Console:
Click your user ID in the top-right corner.
The User Panel opens.
Click Logout.

Access to applications is controlled through administrator roles.
If you cannot see a required application, contact your ClrStream administrator or Mithi Support.
