ClrStream Outbound Email Reports

ClrStream Outbound provides consolidated email activity reports to help organizations monitor outbound email delivery, identify delivery issues, and maintain operational visibility.

These reports provide summary statistics as well as detailed downloadable records for successful, bounced, and deferred emails.


Overview

Users of the ClrStream Outbound service receive a consolidated outbound email activity report at the technical contact email ID registered in the customer account.

The report includes overall outbound email statistics such as:

  • Total emails processed

  • Successfully delivered emails

  • Bounced emails

  • Deferred emails

In addition to the summary, detailed CSV reports are made available through secure download links included in the email notification.

Note:
Report download links remain valid for 7 days from the time the report email is generated.


Types of Reports

ClrStream Outbound provides the following report categories:

Deferred ReportEmails temporarily delayed by recipient servers

ClrStream Outbound Bounce Report

The Bounce Report contains details of emails that were rejected by recipient mail servers.

This report helps administrators identify delivery issues and take corrective action.

Common Causes of Bounced Emails

Typical reasons for email bounces include:

  • Invalid recipient email address

  • Recipient server blacklist restrictions

  • Recipient mailbox quota exceeded

  • Domain validation failures

  • Recipient server policy restrictions


Bounce Report Details

The Bounce Report includes the following information for each email:

Bounce Status / ReasonDelivery failure reason returned by the recipient server

ClrStream Outbound Successful Delivery Report

The Successful Delivery Report contains details of emails that were successfully accepted by recipient mail servers.

Acceptance by the recipient server indicates successful handoff of the email from ClrStream Outbound.


Successful Delivery Report Details

The report includes the following information:

ClrStream Outbound Deferred Report

The Deferred Report contains details of emails that were temporarily delayed by recipient mail servers but not permanently rejected.

Deferred emails are generally retried automatically by the delivery system.

Common Causes of Deferred Emails

Typical reasons for deferred delivery include:

  • Temporary recipient server unavailability

  • Greylisting by recipient servers

  • Connection throttling

  • Temporary DNS resolution failures

  • Recipient server rate limiting

CSV Report Downloads

Detailed CSV reports can be downloaded directly from links provided in the report email.

These CSV files can be used for:

  • Delivery analysis

  • Troubleshooting

  • Audit tracking

  • Compliance reporting

  • Operational monitoring

Important:
Download links expire after 7 days for security purposes.

  • Review bounce reports regularly

  • Investigate repeated delivery failures

  • Monitor deferred delivery trends
