- Login to IceWarp admin interface
- For ids whose live mail flow is to be archived on the Vaultastic Active Store, configure forwarding to the corresponding vault on the Vaultastic domain.
- For example, if the primary id is john.smith@acmecorp.in, and the Vaultastic domain is acmecorp-in.vaultastic.com, then the forwarding to be done to john.smith@acmecorp-in.vaultastic. Select the option for both sent and received mail.
