Overview
In a SkyConnect and Google Workspace co-existence setup, users have to be configured correctly to allow smooth mail flow and access.
The SkyConnect platform identifies users hosted on different platforms via a Class Of Service (COS). Users hosted on SkyConnect have the mailsystem property of the COS set as SkyConnect and users on Google Workspace will have mailsystem as Others.
On Google Workspace, all users hosted on SkyConnect will be part of the Address list and not a licensed user.
