New Feature: Export Search Results in Mail Trace
The Mail Trace Dashboard now provides an improved way to generate, manage, and download search-result reports.
What's New
1. Generate an Export Report
You can now request an export of the current Mail Trace search results. The report is generated in the background, so you can continue working while the export is being prepared.
2. View Exports
The new View Exports option provides a history of all export reports generated for the domain.
For each export, you can see its status and, where available, download the report.
- In Progress — The report is currently being generated.
- Ready — The report has been generated and is available for download.
- Download availability — Once a report is ready, it can be downloaded for one hour. After one hour, the Download option is disabled.
The export history is retained, allowing you to view previously generated reports even after their download window has expired.
3. Refresh an Export with the Latest Data
To obtain an updated report, simply fire the export again using the same search filters.
This is particularly useful when the search filter includes the current day, as new mail trace data may have been generated since the previous export.
When an export is requested using the same filters:
- The existing report for those filters is updated with the latest available data.
- Once the updated export is complete, Download is enabled again for one hour.
- This allows you to refresh a report without creating unnecessary duplicate reports.
Improved Experience
The earlier Download Results option on the main Mail Trace Dashboard has been replaced by the new Export / View Exports workflow.
This provides a more reliable way to handle large exports, track report generation, download completed reports, and refresh reports when new data becomes available.

New Application Release – ClrStream Outbound Admin Console
ClrStream Outbound Administrators now have access to the ClrStream Outbound Admin Console, a centralized interface for monitoring outbound email activity and administrative operations.
Using the Admin Console, administrators can:
- Monitor Usage Metrics
Access dashboards to view daily statistics for sent, delivered, and bounced messages, and download detailed daily reports.
- Trace Mail Flow
Use the Mail Trace application to track and analyze email delivery paths and message flow.
- Review Audit Activity
Access the Audit Trails dashboard to monitor administrative actions and activity performed within the Admin Console.
- Download the details of registered senders
Administrators can download the details of all senders registered for the organization.

Improvements to Outbound Reports
The two ClrStream Outbound daily reports are now consolidated into a single report. The reports are generated daily and sent to the registered technical contact email id.
The report contains the overall outbound mail statistics including the number of mail successfully delivered and the number of mails that were bounced or deferred.
Detailed CSV reports for each are also available for download via links in the email. Links are valid for 7 days.

New Application Released
ClrStream Outbound Service now gives you access to the web based ClrStream Outbound Campaigns Application. Using this application, administrators can manage a contact list and campaigns to the contacts. For details refer to the documentation here.

- ClrStream Outbound successful delivery report
