ClrStream Outbound Reports

Overview

Users of ClrStream Outbound Service will receive two reports to the designated email id. These reports will be generated daily.

Note: The reports are available for 30 days. 

ClrStream Outbound Bounce report

This report will have all the details of the mails which are bounced by the recipient server. Some comman causes of bounced mail are 

• invalid recipient id
• blacklist
• recipient quota full

The bounce report will have the following details:

1. Date and time
2. Sender ID
3. Recipient IDs (To, CC)
4. Subject
5. Status or reason for the bounce

ClrStream Outbound Successful Delivery report

Successful delivery reports will have the following details of all emails accepted by the recipient servers:

1. Date and time
2. Sender ID
3. Recipient IDs (To, CC)
4. Subject
5. Status
