ClrStream Outbound Reports

Overview

• Users of ClrStream Outbound Service will receive a single consolidated report to the technical contact id registered in their Customer Account.  
• The report contains the overall outbound mail statistics including the number of mail successfully delivered and the number of mails that were bounced or deferred.
• Detailed CSV reports for each are also available for download via links in the email.  Links are valid for 7 days.

ClrStream Outbound Bounce report

This report will have all the details of the mails which are bounced by the recipient server. Some common causes of bounced mail are 

• invalid recipient id
• blacklist
• recipient quota full

The bounce report will have the following details:

1. Date and time
2. Sender ID
3. Recipient IDs (To, CC)
4. Subject
5. Status or reason for the bounce

ClrStream Outbound Successful Delivery report

Successful delivery reports will have the following details of all emails accepted by the recipient servers:

1. Date and time
2. Sender ID
3. Recipient IDs (To, CC)
4. Subject
5. Status
