To enable the archival of Google Chat transcripts, you have to Configure the Google Chat API as given in the steps below
d: Select the CONFIGURATION tab
Under Application Info
e: Add the App name - Chat API quickstart app
f: Add the Avatar URL - https://developers.google.com/chat/images/quickstart-app-avatar.png
g: Add the Description - Quickstart for calling the Chat API
h: Add the HTTP endpoint URL - https://developers.google.com/chat/images/quickstart-app-avatar.png
i. Under Visibility, un-select the checkbox which makes the Chat app available to specific people or groups
j. Click Save
