Overview
- To create a group which auomatically lists all users in a domain, you can use the Dynamic Distribution List in M365.
- Such groups or distribution lists are useful if you want to archive Mailbox, Drive or Teams data of all users in a domain.
- The steps to create such a distribution list are as given in the sections below
Steps to Create a Dynamic Distribution List with all mailbox users
Log in to the Exchange Admin Center using the credentials of your Office 365 admin account.
Navigate to Admin Center and click on Exchange > Recipients > Groups > dynamic distribution list
Click on Add a group > choose dynamic distribution
Give a name and a description in the Basics section
Add Owner and choose Only the following recipient types and User with Exchange mailboxes
Add group name ID
Verify the detail and click on Create Group
