O365 IMAP

O365 Request Parameters 

Note:
When syncing email data from a mailbox on O365,All Folder except 'Contacts' , 'Deleted Items', 'Tasks' 

And 'Calendar' and its contents will be synced.

This ensure that all mail (except the ones moved to the Trash or Spam folders) from the account are synced without any duplicates.

When submitting requests to upload email data, the Request type to be selected must have O365 as a source or destination. 

O365 as the source

The parameters to be used when O365 is the source are as follows:

Source user id User id on O365 domain whose data needs to be imported
(Note: The id should not contain the domain name.)

Note: Passwords cannot contain special characters mentioned in the list given here. Update the password before submitting the request.
Source Server IP address or host name of the domain on O365 "outlook.office365.com"

O365 as the destination

The parameters to be used when O365 is the destination are as follows:

Destination folder Name of the destination folder to be created in the account. Mail will be imported in this folder. 

DO NOT use any reserved folder name on O365. Example: Drafts, Trash, Spam, Chat, Quarantine, Archive

Note: When submitting two or more requests to import data to the same destination mailbox, it is recommended to choose a different destination folder for each request. 
The reports generated at the end of a request enlist all the mail available in the folder imported using previous requests.

CSV file format for multiple O365 request submission

Create a CSV file with a list of all the users and other details required to upload data. First row of the CSV file should contain field names and from second row provide the list of users and their details.
