Understanding the SkyConnect PPU bill

Overview

  • SkyConnect PPU bills are generated at the start of every month for the usage of the previous month.
  • The invoice is generated and sent as a PDF to the billing contact entered in Mithi Customer Account
  • Along with the PDF, the usage reports for the month are also attached in the mail
  • If the mail for the invoice is misplaced, raise a ticket with the billing team OR Login to the Bill desk for the bill.
  • SkyConnect PPU bill will also have items of LegacyFlo usage. If there is no LegacyFlo usage for the given month, then the quantity used will be shown as 0 and the bill will also be 0.

Understanding the SkyConnect PPU bill items

Item: SkyConnect-Apps-PPU

  1. Description: The users who have mailboxes access to the SkyConnect apps
  2. Units: userday/month
  3. Rate: Per day rate calculated using your yearly rate.
  4. Usage Data File: attached file "<org>_SkyConnectUsers_<month>_<year>.csv"

Item: SkyConnect-Storage-PPU

  1. Description: The cumulative storage used in GBdays for the month
  2. Units: GBday/month
  3. Rate: Per day rate calculated using your yearly rate.
  4. Usage Data File: attached file "<org>_SkyConnectStorage_<month>_<year>.csv"
