Overview
The ClrStream Outbound Usage Dashboard provides administrators with visibility into usage across the organization.
The dashboard can be used to monitor the outbound mail flow:
The dashboard supports:
- Daily view – data for each day within a selected month
- Monthly view – aggregated data for each month within a selected year
- Chart view – graphical representation
- Table view – detailed data
Regularly monitoring this dashboard helps ensure that services are running as expected and that the usage remains within planned limits.
Accessing the Usage Dashboard
To open the Usage Dashboard:
Log in to your ClrStream Outbound domain using an admin ID.
From the Application Switch, click the Usage Dashboard icon.

At the top-right corner of the dashboard:
Select the required ClrStream Outbound domain from the drop-down list.
Select All Domains to display aggregated statistics across all domains in the organization.
Viewing Dashboard Data
The dashboard provides following options:
Time Selection
- Daily View
Displays usage statistics for each day of a selected month and year - Monthly View
Displays aggregated usage statistics for each month of a selected year
Display Format
- Chart View – graphical summary of trends
- Table View – detailed numerical data
Organization-Level View
- When All Domains is selected, table data is aggregated across all senders in all domains
If data is not available for a given date, the dashboard displays –.
Data shown
The Data section displays statistics on the usage.
This section helps administrators monitor:
The number of mails successfully delivered
The number of bounced mails
The number of deferred mails
Metrics

Data Interpretation Notes
- Daily values represent activity for that specific day
- Monthly values represent aggregated totals
Data Availability and Limitations
- Data is available only from the time the dashboard was enabled
- Historical data prior to feature activation is not shown
- Missing data is displayed as “–”
- Aggregated organization data depends on availability across domains
Permissions Required
- Access to the Usage Dashboard requires administrator privileges
- An organization-level view requires access to multiple domains
Troubleshooting
