Managing ClrStream Domains & Users
This topic explains how to manage ClrStream Outbound domains and administrator accounts, including domain provisioning requests, administrative access, and onboarding request processing.
Managing Domains
ClrStream Outbound supports unlimited domains per organization.
Each ClrStream domain is associated with a Primary Domain. Registered senders belonging to the Primary Domain are authorized to send email using the ClrStream Outbound service.
Domain Management Requests
All domain management activities are handled by the Mithi Onboarding Team through support requests.
To manage your ClrStream domains, raise a ticket with Mithi Support and provide the required details based on the requested operation.
Add a Domain
To provision a new ClrStream domain, provide the following information:
| Required Information | Description |
|---|---|
| Primary Domain Name | Organization email domain to be associated |
| Default Access Security | Specify whether the following should be enabled by default: |

| - CAPTCHA on Login |
Delete a Domain
To permanently delete a ClrStream domain, provide:
| Required Information | Description |
|---|---|
| ClrStream Domain Name | Domain to be deleted |
Important:
Domain deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, all registered senders associated with the domain will no longer be able to send email using ClrStream Outbound.

Administrator roles determine access to ClrStream applications and administrative operations.

Request Processing Workflow
Domain and administrator requests submitted to Mithi are processed in two phases.
1. Validation Phase
During this phase:
The request is reviewed for completeness
Configuration details are validated
Compliance and policy checks are performed
2. Execution Phase
After successful validation:
Provisioning or deprovisioning activities are initiated
Domain and user changes are applied
Access configurations are updated
Processing Timelines
Requests requiring onboarding team involvement are typically completed within:
One working day
Actual timelines may vary depending on request complexity and validation requirements.
Best Practices
For smooth onboarding and administration:
Ensure all domain names are accurate before submission
Verify administrator email IDs for OTP delivery
Enable 2FA for improved administrative security
Review deletion requests carefully before submission
Maintain updated administrator contact information
